Reference Dam
Panagia
Aswan x Pustinia (Salon)
Dam of *Princip

Excerpts from articles with reference to Panagia:

Parkinson, Mary Jane. "Dams of Distinction: Tersk-Bred Imports". Arabian Horse World November 1983. Jay Shuler Co., Inc., Palo Alto, California. p. 266.

"Panagia is a granddaughter of Ptashka, the dam of four Dams of Distinction in this study, making the succession of Ptashka, *Pustinia, and Panagia one of three three-generation 'runs' of Dams of Distinction.

Panagia began producing at Tersk in 1975 and produced a foal each year through 1980, the last year listed in Volume IV of the Russian Arabian Stud Book.

*Princip, imported in 1980, was Panagia's second foal. He is standing at Pete and Rita Clausen's Valhalla near Spokane, Washington. *Pomona, Panagia's first daughter by Naslednik, is at Zodiac Farm where she produced a grey colt by *Napitok (Pirit x Neposeda) in 1981.

Panagia has also produced Paladin, a full brother to *Princip; Poshlina, a filly by Naslednik; Plintus, a colt by Naslednik; and Pakistan, a colt by Kumir."
