DYN Amber Myst (*Muscat x Modnitsa), straight Russian Arabian mare

"Ginger" was sired by leading Russian sire and 1980 Canadian National, US National, and Scottsdale Champion Stallion *Muscat. Her dam, Modnitsa, was a full sister to *Monokl, both being by Nabeg and out of Margaritka (Aswan x Monopolia). Modnitsa was also the dam of FA Mona Lisa (by Muslin), among others, whose daughter HK Monlisa (by *Muscat) was the dam of Taylor Ranch's exciting Mag son, TR Magnum Force. Another daughter of FA Mona Lisa is the gorgeous Lisa Mine, sired by RD Ariel and recently campaigned by owner Joanna Kale. Through Monopolia, also dam of *Monogramma, *Maritsa, *Magnat and others, Ginger carries the treasured tail-female line of Mammona.

Along with notable characteristics from her famous sire, she possessed the eye and hip that the Nabeg breeding is known for. We are very grateful to Paul and Angel DeVroomen of Holland Arabians for allowing us to acquire Ginger, who was an incredible addition to our straight Russian breeding program!

Well proven as a broodmare, Ginger produced a multi-Regional winner in halter, sport horse under saddle, dressage, walk/trot and hunter pleasure in H A Mystic Heir+, as well as endurance and competitive trail horse DV Amber Sahara. She was an extremely consistent cross with *Nefison for us, producing the full brothers Magadan kgi in 2008 and Merzifon kgi in 2009, and then in 2011 bestowing us with an incredible treasure in Marisa kgi, being both *Nefison's last foal and our replacement for her amazing dam. All three strongly represent their linebred Mammona pedigrees and are phenotypically the closest group of full siblings we have had.
